Appear to be great as they are cheap. But you get what you pay for which is absolutely shocking after sales care.. When you try to contact them for any issues regarding the windows you have to email and wait for them to call you back which inevitably they don’t..When you called you speak to a woman called Jodi who is extremely rude and thinks that she speaks for the whole of the company. I wouldn’t touch this company again if they gave me windows are free. It was only after rating several issues with the windows that we realised that our windows were externally glazed. Went saying this to Smiths glass they replied that they haven’t done this for 19 years when I did mine in 2007 which means for the last 11 years I have had substandard windows which could’ve put my Home at risk.
