Before joining I asked quite a few questions, and always got a quick response. When I was evaluating the service using my free credits, they even made changes to the system for me to suite our requirements, this was before I even committed to using the service.I can say that this system is the best one I have tried over the years and is also cheaper to use both in the cost of each text message and admin time in setting up and composing the messages, also replying to messages is much faster and several other nice tweaks that make the experience much more user friendly.
