Hi I love the service and would have given you 5 stars but I bought the right amount of credits and was forced to buy another 500 even though I had enough. As a charity that's money out, not being used, not helpful. Also - when I've made a message and ready to send it tells me how many credits to buy - I can find no way to buy them without completely losing the message and having to start again. And when it forced me to buy over the amount I had to repeat the whole process - you need to be able to buy or boost credits from within a message or in a new page that then translates to the old one. The extra credits didn't work either until I refreshed the page - technology needs a bit of updating. But otherwise it's great and we were able to raise extra funds with our campaign - thank you.
