I probably would have provided a better review, however, my issue is that firstly the account was supposed to have 50k BE but it's shy of 24KBE photo attached. secondly, when it has the skin available, it doesn't have it unlocked but is in the loot stash which you have to then either pay to unlock or obtain enough essence to unlock the item. To add salt to the wound, the champion which the skin availability is supposed to be useable for is also locked. -_- why provide options and yet not have the options available for use upon purchase? as you can see in the images attached. top right corner insufficient BE and Ilaoi still requires unlocking, and in second image the skin which is suppose to be available is not available.
