Failed order. Submitted and seemed ok. Days later and email stating,
1 Insufficient funds on card
2 Fraudulent activity
3 Unable to fulfill order
If the item is out of stock, say so. Take responsibilty. You should not expect the cardholder to check with the provider whether they have been subjected to fraud when you know it is you that cannot supply the item!!
My husband tried to order the same item as was still showing as in stock online and he recevied the same email a few days later.
Item now ordered elsewhere - for a few pence more.
