As a first time user I got it wrong a few times. The baking paper type sheet is the silicon sheet. ( I thought it was the transfer) and work out before hand which way up to print the transfer sheet in your printer. The transfer sheet is white with crisscross on the back. The image must come out on the white side. Once printed the crisscross and the white are peeled apart....the floppy white side (with the picture) is then placed on the material, then the silicon sheet over the top and ironed over. I am probably a bit thick but once I worked it all out. It is a great product and did a great job even on hessian (Burlap)
