Terrible. I returned an order for a refund over a month ago - I can see from the tracking info that it has been received, but still no refund. I have contacted the company numerous times, but they never reply.
I can see from comments left on instagram/facebook that this is quite normal - how can you run a company like this? Shameful. I have resorted to making a claim via Payal.
