First time I ordered something I had to return back to Sweden from the U.K. for £20! I asked for a partial refund but was completely ignored. Second time I ordered something and tried to cancel the order after less then half a day. They told me the ordered had already processed. Ok not a problem, once I receive the item I’ll have to return for another £20! My mistake! While looking at my transactions I noticed they have charged me double for something I only ordered once! I’ve read other reviews and this has happened to others! Other thing is that it states you to put your order number in the returns sheet, but the company doesn’t even provide you with a order number! Not on the website account nor the official app site! What a complete joke! For such a highly reputable company I’m in total shock! I hope this reaches all the major corporate businesses that deal with them and decide for them to boycott sns!
