DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered an Item in February of this year and and have still not received this item. I emailed them to ask about the item and the response I received did not apologise or state that this would be investigated they simple just stated “why have you not contacted us in 7 months”. Is it the responsibility of the customer to ensure that an item is dispatched or is that the company’s responsibility?To be honest simple telling me that they will look into this and showing that they care about me as a customer would have been hugely appreciated. I am more angry at how little effort they put into responding to my email and it is very clear that they never at any point were going to help. I would like a refund because I did not receive the item and they know that it was not received. I will not recommend this company to anyone and it is evident from other reviews that their customer service team are not committed to leaving all customers satisfied, they have no interest in reaching resolution.
