Scum. Michael is a true piece of garbage. Somehow an order got placed literally as I was sleeping 3am est, so when I woke up 5am, I saw this and immediately emailed and filed a ticket via the website, and ALSO called the number on the website. No answer to anything. I file a second ticket the following day, still nothing. Then surprise surprise I get an update saying the order has shipped, then I get an email saying sorry can’t cancel but I can PAY to return the shoe. Michael didn’t address the ghost order, didn’t offer a solution, was rude, and will ensure me or my family never spends a penny with this garbage company who doesn’t value business at all. I will be filing a chargeback against this company since Michael utterly refused to help at any point in the process and this order WAS NOT PLCAED BY ME.
