We have the Snoozer medium size model. Overall a very excellent product. Our 15 lb. YorkieChon loves it. We got the larger model in order to let our dog laydown and sleep on long trips. The height is good. It gets our dog high enough to see out of the car (Hyundai Sonata) even while laying down. I like the ability to remove the cover for washing. I like the strong spring on the tether connector to prevent accidental release. I would suggest a couple of enhancements: 1. Put a stiffener on the outside of the front and side foam panels to stiffen it a bit. When our dog rests on the front or sides it tends to fold outward. I've put a piece of corrugated plastic panel (the kind used for yard signs) between the front and side covers and the interior foam blocks. 2. Put knurling on the tether connector to prevent the thumb and fingers from slipping when opening the connector to attach to the dog's harness. As it is, it is very slippery.
