I have bought numerous car seats for members not only myself but also family members. This time I noticed right away the Sherpa was different. I reached out to customer service and received an email stating that because of COVID they had change suppliers but would get me a replacement cover as they would be available shortly. True to their word a replacement cover was delivered soon after. In this day and age when you have to follow up on requests it says a lot about a company when you don’t have to. They have my business for life. 1.
