Great durable, top-quality products. We purchased our beds when our boy was a 4-mth old & he is 15-mths & his bed are still holding up well. He did tear up the square outer bed of one bed (a moment of us not paying attention), but he still sleeps on it's inner pillow & his over-stuffed bed is intact and holding up magnificently. When I ordered the overstuffed bed I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but called customer service and didn't realize it till the next day. I called customer service, cancelled and intercepted the incorrect order and refunded me the difference in size and made up the corrected size. He loves his bed. Whenever family brings their dogs over they all plant their furry butts on his spacious overstuffed couch bed, even y nieces Great Dane mix. Everyone of my dog-owner friends who sees his bed wants the link to where I got it because it's so attractive. I will always order from here if he ever needs a new bed or cover change.
