The product is nice. However, my items were just thrown in a box with no plastic covering/bag and most importantly, no papers whatsoever. Nothing about the product and no instructions on how to fasten this seat to the center console. I also have the other snoozer car seat. It was self explanatory. Just put the seatbelt through the back, and THAT one was packed with care and included instructions.
