Returning items is not usual practice for me. Nonetheless, I am replacing the Console Lookout Car Seat, as referenced in this letter. The reason for my return is a lack of confidence in the safety that this car seat was to provide for my cavapoo puppy. The seat is indeed plush, but my pet's safety belt is difficult to wrap around her little body. Thrice she has maneuvered out of her seat belt. True, the Snoozer seat does fit my Acura RDX compartment console, but the safety restraints do not provide a sturdy, immovable car seat. True, I could probably use industrial glue to adhere to the Snoozer to the console, but that is not a viable option. Please refund me in full for the returned product.
