Pleasant experience with customer service. First I wasn’t that happy cause after a few days of waiting (took the free shipping option) it arrived and it was broken. Both the mouthpiece and the case were crushed. Called them and next they a new one arrived. Many companies can learn from this level of customer service. Paul, thanks mate!
