Horrendous service so far- ordered some goggles on line, which were dispatched 9 days ago. 5-7 days is the delivery time given on the website. When I phoned up to query I was told rudely that I should check the royal Mail website, it says 15 days, so tough. They then hung up. Very unpleasant.
