than I have done meter reading
my account was revised,
and left with 2 digit balance based the estimate
Riddle me this
Retrospectively, my balance was adjusted
so I got back 25 back for a month March
and then even though I consumed less than previous estimates based on the meter reading results, I got retrospectively extra charged, and when I have asked they couldn't confirm what is that calculation is based on nor provide any evidence to it
