We purchased these towel rails on behalf of our client who sourced them directly from you. Three towel rails are faulty. The screws supplied to fix them do not go in the thread on the towel rails. One towel rail had no screw thread at all to one fixing point. Our client is liaising with you directly on this. Also, we were offered a discount at point of purchase which was specified on your pro-forma. When we eventually got the VAT invoice we noticed the discount was not applied and we were charged the full amount. I have discussed this with someone in your company today and am awaiting a refund.
