Great product. Great value. Plenty of choice. Delivered on time. Additional item delivered FOC. Good feedback from my plumber who fitted the bathroom.
Only area for improvement was lack of communication regarding out of stock product. Received an automated email to say it was out of stock and date it would be back in stock but no further updates apart from when the date got pushed back (another automated email). A call would've been useful to update.
