I purchased a toilet for my mum and there was an issue with the flush which was very weak and there not able to clear the waste etc. When I reported this to customers services, they said that I would have to upload a video showing that it doesn’t flush properly. How can you expect me to take a video of someone’s poo not flushing. Then apparently your technical team will will into it and get back to me. Instead we decided to buy another toilet so we lost £100. I also purchased the same toilet for myself and decided not to install and sold it on as at a loss. Really poor customer services
