I purchased a column radiator about 2 months ago and we had it installed by a competent experiences plumber and have noticed the radiator is slightly bowed, which we are not happy about, especially as we've had to pay someone to fit it and probably now have to pay them again to take it off and re fit a new one.
We emailed a complaint hoping something would've been done about it, but we had no response.
My low rating is really based on the customer service. The radiator itself is a lovely radiator, just a shame it has a fault with it.
