The products are great and good value. Unfortunately I had a slight bit of damage on a toilet facia cabinet panel. I called the support line and following the set procedure Soak decided to send me a new unit. The whole process was easy and a swift decision made followed by instant despach of the replacement unit with next day delivery. BRILLIANT! Thank you 😊
