Soak did not make me happy. They are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. I received damaged goods TWICE! The phone lines are never answered. Emails are not replied to. I had to resort to social media to get their attention and still it was excruciating trying to just talk to someone to resolve the matter.
What a shame as they have lovely products at a good price and I have another two bathrooms to do - I would have definitely used them again if the customer service up to a reasonable standard.
