Very professional company to deal with. I had a broken piece at delivery the driver just kept the piece to return to Soak who then arranged to ship out a new piece for me. The only problem I had was everything was for a new build and it was longer than 2 weeks before installation. I did not need one piece that was ordered and because it was over 2 weeks I had to pay for the return shipping. I thought that was unfair as I had not even opened the package.
