Soak is very proficient at taking an order but unfortunately it's after sales service provision is extremely poor.
I have paid for goods that are not fit for purpose and having informed the company three times, together with emailing the CEO, still haven't received a response to my request for a replacement, other than an automated email. I will therefore have to purchase another shower.
So, unfortunately l would not recommend this company at all.
