I had a broken item in my delivery of items but I didn't find it until 3 weeks after the delivery date due to going on holiday just after the items were delivered. I rang up and although the timescale was exceeding the returns policy of 14 days, Soak just sent me a replacement item out straight away with not even a mention of timings, etc...
