Sorry Soak did not make me happy at all. The service is slow. If you email them, you get a message saying it will take up to 7 days for a reponse... and that is definitely true because i still haven't had a response to my email and you only have 14 days in which to return the items. When you call and select the Returns Option, they don't answer but after 2-3 attempts, I chose the Sales Option and the call was answered immediately... so quick to take my money but not so quick to refund it. Having returned the item, 7 days later I still haven't received a refund. When I called, I was told the item hadn't arrived in the warehouse and I need to provide proof. I paid an enormous amount to return the items, insured them and paid for signed delivery option so there's no reason that they can't even process the refund promptly without asking for more proof of return.
