Item arrived late, outside of the delivery window provided. Item was damaged. Contacted Soak to speak to them about this who said there was nothing they could do as we had accepted the item. They said this was in their terms and conditions. I called them and asked them for a copy of the said terms and conditions to be emailed to me, they said they would do this - however to date nothing has been received. Will not be using this company again.
