They hide information on products, when you receive the unit you find out that things are missing in order.
On top of this the delivery service of soak is a rip off and con, they offer free delivery on a £550 order only if you wait for over 8 days. If you want something within a few days then you need to pay a silly amount of £40, its pretty ridiculous.
