Bought Denver vanity unit with built in basin, a tap, a Denver tall wall hung storage cabinet and a Loxley mirror with shelf. All arrived on day promised (although no time given) and all looks fabulous in our new bathroom. The drawers in the vanity unit were damaged but replaced after emailing photos of damage, also a bracket was missing for one of the shelves on the mirror. Again, replaced with no quibble. Great products and great after sales service. Would definitely buy from Soak again and no hesitation in recommending.
