Your range of items is good, the photos are accurate and customer service on the phone was very good. I did have some issues ordering online, but your team eventually resolved them. With regards delivery - one item (a large shower tray) arrived damaged, which we didn't notice until it was totally unpackaged when being installed. By this point we had had it for a few weeks in storage. I believe your driver either dropped it or it was damaged in transit as no one else touched it from where he put it in the garage. I was worried as although your driver arrived with another person, she was unable to assist him with heavy lifting and he carried a 40kg+ tray on his own down my driveway (about 50m). That's surely not a good idea and doesn't surprise me if he dropped it or let go by mistake. The plumber was able to conceal the chip when installing it, but you should be aware that drivers are struggling with very heavy items.
