Bought bathroom furniture c/w basin, toilet pan cistern etc. Discovered a defect that could not be detected until after installation . I did have difficulty contacting Soak to discuss but once I did a replacement was promptly arranged without any problems. This went beyond Soak T&C's so I was surprised and relieved. Unable to say that this would always be the case but from my experience i can only recommend.
