Customer service from soak was excellent.
Should have been a 2 man delivery and given a time slot however the courier company sent it as a one man delivery with no time slot. They did text when on way. Courier company knocked on front door and started unloading before i answered. I needed to take it thru the side door at the other side of thr house but the courier just drove off and said its at the front door.
Again Soak really helpful, courier company not so helpful, and product ok now sealed.
