I'm so angry and disappointed...not only has my order been delivered with missing parcels, my unit has come broken on both sides...my plumber was here today and meant to be coming tomorrow to complete my job and now he will need to be put off and I'll have to pay even more to request he come back... I have never been so let down by a company. Upon raising these issues with staff via phone I was told perhaps sometime next week for my missing parcels and who knows about the broken wall unit as I have to wait on an email that I've been waiting on for to send pictures to then be told if they will replace it and when this could be!!!
