Really dissatisfied with the service from Soak, although it appears that this was also to do with the shipping and delivery company they use. I spent a whole work day at home waiting for our order to arrive, and when it didn't I called the number we were given and spoke to the supplier who informed me the time slot had changed. They hadn't told us however. No communication at all. I asked them to find out from the driver how far away it was as I had to pick up my son from school and didn't want to miss the order. They didn't have the drivers number and his tracker wasn't working. So no communication at all. In the end it never turned up. After phoning Soak themselves, I was informed the items hadn't even arrived in the warehouse as they'd messed up the order and it would take another two days to arrive, but even then he couldn't promise me anything. What kind of service is that? What sort of operation are they running if they can't rely on the supplier and delivery company? Totally unreliable. Needless to say we won't be using Soak again.
