I made several purchases with Soak.com and applied the discount code as advertised. When the items came to be fitted several were of poor quality and a bath panel was split. I requested an upgrade of which I paid considerably more than the original item only to be told that I would not be refunded for the original faulty (poor quality) item. Below is the reply from Soak. WHY OFFER DICOUNTS AND THEN TAKE THE MONEY BACK BY SUBDIFUGE. Dear Mr Hall, Thank you for your patience. I have been in contact with the accounts team and due to the discount on the order they are unable to refund the damaged item as it will take you below the threshold for the discount to be applied.
