I made several purchases with Soak.com and applied the discount code as advertised. When the items came to be fitted several were of poor quality and a bath panel was split. I requested an upgrade of which I paid considerably more than the original item only to be told that I would not be refunded for the original faulty (poor quality) item.
Below is the reply from Soak. WHY OFFER DICOUNTS AND THEN TAKE THE MONEY BACK BY SUBDIFUGE.
