I purchased 1160mm Harper Gloss Grey Combined Vanity Unit - Cesar III Pan. The goods were fine except for the leak in the ceramic basin. This was rectified by soak politely and quickly with no hassle my end. They sent a replacement out to me reasonably quickly.
So well done soak, that is why I have rated you positively.
I did have to pay the plumber again to refit the new basin but that is how things are now. The manufacturers obviously have no quality control or testing goods before they are shipped.
