Ordered some skincare from Sochy as a Christmas gift for a friend (they loved both the masks I purchased). My parcel arrived quickly but slightly damaged (Aus Post at fault) and missing an item. I emailed through and within the day Sophie had replied, expressing her apologies and letting me know they’d ship my missing item asap. She also said she’d take up a complaint with Aus Post for their poor handling of my items, giving me a discount code to use next time due to the damage (which she didn’t have to do, but very grateful she did). I honestly couldn’t give them a higher recommendation for their customer service. Sophie was apologetic, super friendly and polite. Sorting out my order issues and giving me something extra for my troubles. Couldn’t be more impressed. :)
