Excellent customer service. I bought some vodka because it was a different brand, I liked the natural look of it and loved that you can trace where the tree is planted as a result of you buying the product. It didn't arrive so I contacted Social Supermarket and Matt responded immediately. He apologised, contacted the supplier, kept me constantly updated over a series of regular emails over the following days and as the supplier had ran out of the 35ml I received 70ml via first class and Matt emailed me to check all was well. He then also answered a tricky question I had about the vodka itself the same day. I'd definitely recommend this company and use again because of the excellent service. Thanks Matt!
