Purchased an item from a young entrepreneur and artist to support her start. Society6 sent a badly made item that was unusable and with a finish that did not match the photo. The zipper was not even placed properly and I ended up hiring a local seamstress to fix it. I sent them a note and they did nothing: no answers, no offer for a replacement. They are taking advantage of young entrepreneurs. I sent the artist quiet feedback directly with a video of my purchase so I would not compromise her public reviews – her art is still beautiful and she is not the one manually making her products. This way she can find another vendor (I hope!). Adding photo of my order confirmation to show that this review is real!
