I am extremely pleased with my Sock and Key experience. I wanted a unique gift for my two son's who are huge Star Wars fans. The whole process was simple and the service was exemplary. I received the first drafts with in days. In sent back my critiques. The owner, Peter, emailed me back that the edits would be in my inbox within 3 days. Also, in the email it states that you can get a full refund if you aren't completely satisfied after at least 2 edits. The next drafts were almost spot on. I gave more feedback to the design artists and again I got the email, that the update would be sent in another 3 days. I'm completely satisfied with the final products and I'm very excited to give my son's their canvases.
