Ordered Florence sofa and footstool in velvet. Wrong legs were sent on footstool which were replaced with a set of damaged ones. Meanwhile noticed faults in fabric on both footstool and sofa. It also smelt quite sulphurous which we were told was the protection treatment. Offered replacement which turned up with cut in fabric on footstool (returned immediately) and wrong legs again! Scuffs in fabric on sofa which we were told to brush out with a stiff brush. This did not work so eventually they agreed to replace again. Very patronising responses from customer services manager when we were nothing but polite.
On inspection of third delivery, fabric sagging on arms and scuffs again, albeit behind cushions. Customer service manager stated that they obviously couldn't reach our high expectations so would offer refund and collection. She said they had very few complaints - read the reviews and make your own judgement.
We were backed into a corner to keep the sub standard furniture as they wouldn't refund until they collected and we could not get delivery elsewhere for several months.
Such a shame as the quality COULD be so good but is let down by shoddy workmanship and very poor after sales customer service.
