We bought and paid for 2 clearance chairs in April. Since then we have had 3 delivery dates for the chairs, and only one chair has been delivered.
No one can tell us where the other chair is. We have spent hours on hold trying to contact the company which has led to a large phone bill. We have filled out contact forms and used web chat but no one responds. We literally do not know what else we can do!
