The software doesn't always work for me. I frequently get this pop up when trying to convert Word to PDF: "Invalid Pointer Operation". This is frustrating for me when I really need a document converted. I then have to waste time going to our larger copier to scan to PDF and the quality is terrible compared to using your software.
I had an older version of PDF Converter Pro before this upgrade and that ALWAYS worked for me; never failed.
