My Windows 10 PC stopped booting up leaving me with a black screen. I purchased a so called repair kit which was supposed to reinstall Windows. I tried many times following the instructions in the so called manual (a sheet of A4 paper) with no success. Eventually I emailed using their 'contact us' service. I'm still waiting for a reply. I believe I was fooled by what appeared to be good reviews. I would advise against purchasing from this company.
