It happened the same to me, bought a licence for Corel 2018 and after a few months it stop working, got in touch with them and got the same lame excuse as someone also reviewing on this site saying some customers had got the same issue when corel 2019 was released. After wasting time unistalling and downloading all again, same thing happen. got in touch with Corel and they said I was victim of piracy. Email them again, all i wanted was a solution, either corel working or my money back, never got a reply from them! Tried to call as well.. all you get is a voicemail! Rubbish!
