Their description of the Media Converter software claims it to be able to Convert Video to Any Device but every time I try to import a VOB file it comes up with an error message saying it cannot read the VOB file.
I've tried re installing the software with no success and I've had no useful help from your support team on this. In fact they make it almost impossible to contact them, very frustrating!
I will not be using this company again, they must be the worst.
Still not received my requested refund, not holding my breath!
