Bought Office 2016 a few months back and everything went smoothly. Bought again for new computer, Microsoft On Line Activation said license has been used up.
Sent numerous emails over the past month, No reply.
Left message on my account, where it says they will be back within 2 hours. No reply.
Tried ringing the 0203 number on the website. No one answered, voice mail box full, couldn't leave a message.
On line chat not available>
I think they've gone down the tubes, but happily still taking money.
Do not use.
