I needed help this morning getting back into my reports on Excel. I am not at all tech savvy and I was able to get on the chat and talked to Patrick. With my permission, right away he was able to remotely log in to my computer and within minutes he was able to get me back on Excel. I enjoyed the service that was provided, EXCELLENT!
